Basic Scop of Job: Provide professional support services at the Main Office and other designated locations in Kuwait, as required. The role involves carrying out assigned duties in accordance with Company instructions, procedures, HSE and security requirements, and applicable workplace regulations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analyze contracts. Implement systems to ensure accurate tracking and proper record-keeping in relation to compliance with contractual obligations. Direct project employees and provide management with advice on contractual matters based on knowledge of the contractual documents. Prepare contractual correspondence with companies/contractors, including project-specific procurements, subcontracts, and exemptions. Review contracts and subcontracts and negotiate the same. Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings. Monitor contract performance against performance indicators to ensure fulfillment of all obligations under the agreements. Manage disputes in accordance with the provisions of the contract. Obtain the required-quality supplies and services within the specified timeframe and within the approved budget. Evaluate bids/tenders and recommend contract awards. Prepare responses to inquiries received from bidders. Participate in pre-award and post-award activities. Develop a contract management plan that effectively measures contractor performance and provides the required supporting documents for payment. Evaluate proposals and participate in negotiations concerning changes, amendments, and requirements. Prevent deviations from or waivers of any of the contract's terms and conditions through change orders. Close out the contract once all services have been completed and all products have been delivered. Establish the project-specific procurement mechanism, ensuring strict compliance with the contract terms, details, and specifications. Prepare effective and expedited procurement plans in coordination with the budget and delivery schedule. Process invoice payments. Prepare purchase orders.
