OBJECTIVES-ACTIVITIES
• Supervise the work of subcontracting in the field of diesel engines.
• Ensuring the initiation of work to subcontractors
• Ensuring the smooth running of benefits (time aspects, quality), breach of contract by the seller, the consistency of reporting
• Reporting to the Works Manager of the progress of work on board in relation to the current schedule and return to the site decisions
• Manage the interfaces and ensure consistent way link between suppliers, service DCNS and medium KSA edges, participate in the work coordination meetings, ensure the delivery of supplies under the contract
• To report on deviations from the specification of works, initialize the abnormalities sheets
• Ensure good reception quality papers issued by the supplier; ensure the validation of PV (approval of the proper execution of works including controls, raising disagreements, unadjusted differences, REX)
• Monitor and acceptance of work performed by subcontractors
• Contributing to compliance Health and Safety at Work Environment
• Implement prevention plans; check clearances, control measures put in place by the supplier, alert the supervisor for failure, initialize the abnormalities sheets
• Ensure proper implementation of consignments by the parties
• Ensuring the role of technical expert
• Ensure the preparation office expertise on board and offer the Works Manager Repair solutions accordingly
• Occasionally check the products used by the company
• Ensure that the technical instructions and manufacturers references are in possession of suppliers and are well respected
• Performance Standards
• Ensure compliance of the work subcontracted
• Anticipate the risk of drift and alert
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
