• Achieves sales targets (volume and value) set by sales supervisor on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Educates & promotes entire range of products and service offerings to the POS and outlets.
• Maintains strong association with existing customers and develops new customers through relationship management.
• Handles customer queries efficiently and solves all product related queries/problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides customer feedback to the sales supervisor and highlights practices which are beneficial or detrimental to customer service.
• Ensures that feedback about product sales is collected from POS and store in order to forward the same to the sales supervisor.
• Acquires in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
• Maintains regular beat of retailers, POS, outlets to visit on a daily basis.
• Maintains accurate sales records and customer contact database files.
• Actively contributes towards development and implementation of distribution strategies & promotional campaigns to achieve desired sales and efficiency.
• Participates in sales & distribution support meetings.
• Assists store owners with store layout, product visibility, display and company standards & procedures to maximize customers shopping experience.
• Ensures implementation of merchandising standards and company policies within all POS and outlets.
