To deliver a varied, fun, safe, and beneficial fitness programs to all guests of varying ability according to Compnay's standards and procedures.
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• To provide a fitness programme which caters for Employee, all guests both children and adults incorporating group classes and personal training sessions.
• To deliver a wide verity of group sessions specifically tailored to the current environment.
• To effectively demonstrate techniques and methods of participation and offer alternatives during classes to accommodate varying levels of fitness.
• To promote the fitness program and actively aim to increase participation.
• Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of I-Care equipment and the satisfactory appearance of company’s sites to ensure the meeting of guest expectations.
• To help practically with the set up of the centre at the start of the season and the pack down of the resort at the end of the season.
• Help organize and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
• To develop profitable fitness programmes that reflect customer needs stock.
• To undertake any other duties at the request of the line manager.
• To ensure that all staff and customer who visit or avail Gym facility briefed regularly on matters relating to the Centre as a whole, operations generally and facility issues as necessary.
• To assess the needs and capabilities of an individual through fitness assessment procedures.
• Advise individuals on the correct method and use of exercise machines and devices including weights.
• Develop individual exercise programs for individual based on age and fitness levels.
• Provide instruction in a verity of fitness activities including non-gym related activities.
• Assure all exercises are done with proper form and technique with maximum results.
• Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment.
• Monitor the misuse of equipment.
• Ensure that the gym is a clean and free of health and safety hazards.
• Develop personal exercise and diet plan.
