• Implementing of the plans for the corporate sales and update them periodically under the supervision of sales manager and coordination with the responsible in the marketing department.
• Managing the Database for customers and segment the groups of clients and update them in coordination with the marketing department.
• Carry out targeted customers through the work of the periodic calls to target the largest segment of corporate.
• Follow-up contact lists and daily extraction of qualified customers to start selling them.
• Build-up a sales pipeline of qualified customers in coordination with the sales manager
• Start targeting with customers listed on the pipeline and start arranging meetings and perform of processes related to sales cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing department to bring the advertising and marketing material for Corporate & Exhibitions, and coordination with MKT Dept. regarding toolkits which provided to clients under supervision of sales Manager.
• Conducting the meetings with target customers and provide them with all the services provided by the company to its customers.
• Preparing the distinctive presentation about the company's history and shows client the special characteristics of the company and the benefits expected from contracting with the company.
• Follow-up with clients, provide them with all the details are eligible to complete the sales process.
• Participation in the drafting of contracts in case needed in coordination with the sales manager.
• Receiving requests for quotations from customers and arrange their own priorities and make recommendations by the partnership with the sales manager.
• Preparing the quotations (Contracts) to customers based on requests received in. coordination with the sales manager for approval.
• Arrange the reservation of events, and managing all the related issues regarding reservation.
• To provide all company's departments with all requirements of customers through effective and detailed document (Function sheet), and following up with them to make sure the required services are rendered effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinating with all departments of the company to execute the activities and their requirements along with the required level for the client, and appropriate to the distinctive Company Image.
• Coordinating with other external suppliers (Sister Company and others) to provide them with all requirements and the mechanism of implementing the layout of each function.
• Participation in the work of updating the price lists for corporate make the necessary recommendations in coordination with the sales manager.
• Participation in the development of a mechanism offers and discounts for Corporate in coordination with the sales manager.
• Building and maintaining good relations with Company customers, and make the special group and other discerning customers.
• Maintaining the relationship with VIP Customers and keeps the contacts to provide them with promotions, services, offers and other special services.
• Make recommendations to provide some discerning customers additional services free of Charge to them during the time of events for customers.
• Follow-up during the processing of events in coordination with the banqueting department to ensure the execution of all customer requirements.
• Ensure the quality of services provided during the event in coordination with the sales manager and responsible for quality control in the company.
• Reports to the Sales Manager, and provides recommendations to develop the performance of the sales services of corporate functions
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
