(KEY TASKS/ ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILIITES)
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees or job applicants.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
•Gather personnel records from other departments and/or employees, Record data for each employee, Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
• Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans
Administer and process all other employee and company requirements not limited to :
• Medical & Hospitalization Assistance
• Reimbursement of Medical Bills
• Birthday Party celebration
• Disciplinary Actions
• Application for Health Insurance Card & Collection /Distribution
• Medical & Visa renewal
• Employee Inquiry/ Helpline
• Labour( Iqama) Card Distribution
• Contract Renewal Signing
• Repatriation Ticket Arrangement.
• Reports Preparation and Submission.
• Other task assigned by the Deputy Manager and/or HR Manager.
Any other assignment decided by the Management. However, management reserves the right to review and revise the job responsibilities, if deemed necessary.
