GroupAl-Futtaim Group Divisions include Al-Futtaim Travel, GMASCO, and shared services for IT, Finance and HR. Audit, Legal, Treasury and Investment Management are also managed at a Group level.About the Position
* Maintain effective communication for all new hires in KSA and relevant stakeholders.
* Work closely with Govt Relations to ensure all joining formalities are completed in compliance with local legal/ Labour requirements and Al-Futtaim policies.
* Co-ordinate all joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and their line managers.
* Feedback on the onboarding process, making suggestions on how it can be improved.
* Support with the delivery of corporate inductions for new hires in KSA that provides comprehensive information of Al-Futtaim structure, policies and procedures.
About You
You will ideally have 2-3 years in supporting HR system transactions module - Personnel Admin, Organizational Management, On Boarding Process, Payroll, Time Management & etc.
You should have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your day efficiently so all tasks are completed within a timely manner.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic are preferred and good computer skills
