Inspection responsibility of the daily activities in the warehouses and make sure that all processes are done as per the SOPs, GDP,
Quality Agreements, Statutory Requirements, Risk and Safety and other quality standards.
• Monitor operations to ensure that W/H SOPs are implemented according to international standard guidelines
• Read and verify the temperature data specifications from the incoming shipment
• Inspect all incoming shipment from Suppliers (from suppliers/partners) and outbound items
for transfers from warehouse to the branch and deliveries to the clients
• Inspection of Cold Rooms and Firefighting System periodically or as needed
• Report minor and major deviation against the current SOPs and Local legislation
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for SOPs for immediate correction on the actual practice
• Notify W/H supervisor about the observed nonconformance against the SOPs and help for
immediate required correction
• Report external inspection report to Quality Assurance Dept
• Participate as a trainer to the Annual refreshing training for the SOPs
• Handle health and safety implementation
• Recommend amendments of procedure for improvement
• Other quality task maybe assigned
