Key responsibilities:
• Ensure proper planning and management of rent collections with the objective of timely collection and keeping rent receivables at minimum.
• He will ensure proper timely and relevant reporting to monitor collection function.
• Provide full support and assistance to Hamat staff in all matters relating to collections
• Effective control of emergency situations - fire, bomb hoax etc.
• Detailed knowledge of centre policies with respect to risk
management
• Can operate all emergency management control equipment on site i.e. Fire Indicator panel, fire extinguisher, EWIS etc.
• To act as Chief Fire Warden.
• Ensure day to day Centre security functions are carried out in accordance with Security Policy
• Providing required reports and informal feedback about security management at the Centre
• Works to maximise the everyday satisfaction of the Centre’s customers and retailers with the security and safety facilities provided
• Ensure all security breaches are addressed promptly
• Ensuring Retailers abide by the centre’s security and safety policies
• Ensuring customer and retailer safety
• Conduct annual tenant security seminars
• Assist Head Office Security Department with all security
requirements
• Ensuring security contract costs are kept to a minimum, subject to meeting or exceeding quality standards and fulfilling contractual and other legal requirements
• Respond to centre security incidents and ensure steps are implemented to minimise risk of such incidents occurring in
future
• Ensure the management & development of on site contract personnel
• Ensure Accident/Incident Reports are completed and lodged within 24 hours of incident
• Review CCTV of accidents/incidents in a timely manne
• Ensure all repair and maintenance of internal and external structures, car parks, signage, road works, etc are carried out to maintain the presentation and upkeep of the Mall within the Operational Budget
• Prioritise and carry out all operational repair & maintenance items within company expenditure policy
• Ensuring customer and retailer safety
• Ensuring centre lighting maintained internal & external
• Ensuring the centres daily cleanliness, appearance and safety are to the highest industry standardr
