The position will manage all aspects of the Purchase Requisition process including generation of the process directives, forms, databases, reports, tracking, and approvals Enters Purchase Requisitions into the APEX system and manages the distributions and communications of these documents
Manages the Material Order process including directives, forms, tracking, training, reporting and coordination with other RAYMES functions . Enters Material Requests into the System and manages the distribution to the suppliers for these Blanket PO requirements Provides necessary support to generate new processes and tools related to the procurement of materials. Assesses project issues and develops resolution.
Ability to communicate with Supplier on the telephone
v Business Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in the procurement sector is a plus
Ability to present data to an audience and Knowledge of procurement process
Knowledge of APEX system
