• Process recruitment requisition form from Business Units. Ensure headcount is budgeted and approved.
• Prepare job profile (job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge and skills) in accordance with the agreed Job Specifications as in Job Description.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates from candidate database. Includes phone screening candidates.
• Conduct interview and select candidates in consultation with Hiring Managers.
• Make offers, contracts and follow-up with entire hiring process - includes documentation, reference check, creation of pay-code, personal file etc.
• Act as liaison person between candidate and hiring manager to coordinate all matters relating to recruitment i.e. interviews, assessments.
• Establish network with recruitment external agencies and relevant government bodies i.e. placement of vacancies, candidate list.
• Communicate with top universities, IPA, Technical and Industrial Colleges for sourcing of potential candidates through the conduct of in-house information drive (Career-day, Job Fair, etc.) and interview.
• Create and build hiring database for recruitment within KSA (Universities, institutes, career websites, Etc.).
• Participate in job/career fairs and university recruitment. Includes organizing the fair, presenting and conducting interviews to select candidates.
• Undertake & manage induction/orientation and on-boarding program for new hires in partnership with Business Units.
• Conducting & administering assessments based on the level of the vacant position.
• Administer assessment tools on new hires (fresh college, institute and university graduates).
• Implement On-Boarding process, including conducting induction.
• Support in Recruitment projects, overseas recruitment & university hiring.
