Leading Multinational Engineering consultancy is looking for a Projects’ Contracts Manager (Administration) for newly awarded Mega building projects in Khobar, KSA.
• The Contract Specialist will act as a central point of contact for the assigned projects’ issues.
• Lead and manage the contract administration function for the projects.
• Liaison with Company's legal and contract staff to resolve all contract issues and facilitate negotiation of client contract terms and conditions.
• Organize and process correspondence with contracting parties, and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations for the projects.
• Maintain a central repository for all tender documents, variations, as well as contract related correspondence.
• Assist with the negotiation, coordination and administration of the projects’ contracts.
• Developing and managing the commercial relationships with the clients and contractors on the assigned projects
• Interface with other teams to meet overall program deliverables
• Assists with the development of the contracts strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practices
• Ensures the correct execution of procedures for payments, variations, claims and commercial administration of Project contracts.
• Supervises a team of QS/Contract administrators to ensure that commercial issues within the respective areas are resolved in a timely manner
• Reviews Variations/Claims for processing
