You would need to analyze the compensation data within the company and evaluate the job position to determine salary and classification.Primary Responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing salary classification and compensation programs, leading the analysis of compensation and benefits within company, prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale, oversee the company's performance evaluation and design and reward systems plans
