Description
- Leads business development and operational activities
- Developing budgets and allocating resources with a fosuc on implementing cost efficient strategies
- Feasibility studies on ponetial developments
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and entering market segmenst
- Ensures contractual compliance with Saudi governmental regulations
- Market intelligence on potential opportunities
- Represents the company in business development events and functions
- Develops and recommends regarding operations and policies
Profile
- Masters degree
-Previous experience of working in a global real estate development company on major mixed use or residential schemes
- 15 years experience
- Experience in in working with senior management to align business development solutions
- Track record of generating revenue through lead generation of leads and market interaction
