RIYADH METRO NETWORK/INTEGRATION OF CIVIL & TRANSIT SYTEMS WORKS
- Supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities.
- Supports project organizational and administrative activities.
- Supervises the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
-Establishes milestones for the total project and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling.
Role Responsibilities:
• Establishes milestones for the total project or major portions of the project.
• Reviews project work activities to ensure support of project milestones.
• Plans, organizes, and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Coordinates development of all bulk commodity release and installation curves.
• Identifies schedule restraints and their effects on the total project schedule.
• Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.
• Supports development of scheduling standards and procedures.
• Monitors and reports the critical path and schedule performance of the total project.
• Responsible for issuing reports required by management and project procedures.
• Prepares and statuses the Level 2 Management Schedule on a monthly basis using Milestone Professional software.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the CWJV and Transit System schedules are being developed consistent with the approved project schedule protocol.
• Setup the templates for reporting overall project physical progress by consortium partner and project phase.
• Ensure the project planners are using the Schedule Change Notice process and that any modifications are being documented to ensure there is a disciplined and structured approach to the monthly progress updates of the Control Schedule.
• Assist the consortium partners planning teams to align on the objectives and methodology of major project forecasts.
• Develop checklists to periodically assess the integrity of the information being reported by the project planners
• Assist the consortium partners to conduct various schedule reviews on an as required basis.
• Maintain the Interface Tracking system on a monthly basis and identify conflicts to the Principal Scheduling Engineer.
• Maintain the Interface Tracking system Float Trend Reports on a monthly basis.
• Participates in schedule interface meetings with the CWJV and Transit Systems schedulers.
• Claim experience is beneficial.
