Role Purpose
To ensure effective & efficient material planning & to have optimum stock combined with highest sales
Key Activities
. Assist the Supply Chain Manager to develop the MRP parameters & proces
• Monitor & control MRP run results, adjust system output to comply with sales plan
• Coordinate with brands managers to process their purchase orders according to their target & planned forecast
• Plan and organize weekly orders with the procurement dept
• Coordinate with logistics dept to ensure smooth material flow
• Monitor the stock levels, ensure SS are on target
• Classify material based on value & movement pattern
• Provide SCM with weekly reports on Dead /Damaged /Absolute stock
• Provide brand managers with monthly reports on their brands showing sales /forecast achievement
• Comply with set KPI’s
• Attend monthly SOP meetings to ensure clear material & sales plan
• Monitor sales orders stock & ensure cleaning of the stock on periodically basis
• Distribute material to regional warehouses to support sales activities & to avoid shortages
