Group CCM is currently recruiting for a leading IT company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, looking for a Female HR Manager, Saudi National, who will Manage several areas of human resources such as recruiting, labor relations, training, benefits, employee relations, compensation and safety while Assists top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR activities. She shall be flexible to travel around the kingdom, and to Jordan and UAE.
While managing the HR department her duties are as follows:
- Work, as a strategic business partner, with all Departments to evaluate the state of human resources. This includes developing and executing a strategic HR vision, focused on supporting the achievement of both functional and company key performance objectives.
• Drive employee engagement on all levels
• Develop and align HR initiatives to the business strategy which includes the ability to identify, analyze, understand and articulate business goals and company objectives.
• Work to create an inclusive and diverse culture. This includes education, training, staffing, communication, affirmative action planning & development, and other culture building activities.
• Own effective administration of HR policies, processes, systems and reporting activities. Manage consistent execution of compensation programs including merit, bonus, and promotional counseling. Provide management education on salary administration and performance management. Analyze and effectively utilize compensation programs, and rewards & recognition plans.
• Ensure consistent delivery of benefit programs
• Provide career planning and development counsel to employees and managers using Human Resource Planning platforms such as Performance Management, Talent Management, and Individual Development Planning.
• Drive staffing process including sourcing strategies, interviewing, job offers and orientation. Measure staffing effectiveness including turnover analysis and action planning.
