Job Purpose:
Oversee accommodation, catering, transport and office services to ensure company-Jazan site offers its employees the best working environment that fosters efficiency and ultimate satisfaction.
General Services Management
- Oversee accommodation, catering, transport and site services departments.
- Set General Services Section agendas, prioritize assignments and coordinate work schedules.
- Review the policies developed by each department, adjust to fit overall company objectives and ensure proper execution in line with company policies and international standards (when applicable).
- Analyze service contracts available and ensure competitiveness against other offers in the market.
- Supervise the management capabilities of the general services units in Jazan site, assess proper units functions and support better control when needed.
- Lead interactions with other company departments, vendors, contractors and external stakeholders, as the representative of the General Services Section.
- Prepare regular operational reports and budget analysis presentations to the head of company HR & General Services.
People Development
- Assess performances of general service units staff - their skills, capabilities and potentials - and provide efficient guidance to ensure development.
- Review operational reports submitted by general services unit supervisors to check employee progressions against organizational requirements.
- Identify capability/skill shortages and submit results to the head of HR & General Services.
Budget Analysis
- Set general services sections budget targets and forecasts.
- Review timely reports submitted by each General Services team and guide unit heads to ensure strict compliance to set levels.
