-Establishment the financial system of the company, as the needs of the factories.
-Rebuild the finance department team.
-Build ERP system of the company.
-Work closely with company departments to prepare budgets, coordinate with them for routine transactions and work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
-Monitor actual cash flow and outflow against approved cash forecast. Monitor and analyze monthly operation results against budget.
-Review and approve payroll, payment vouchers and journal entries.
-Lean and manage the finance team in order to provide all stakeholders with timely relevant and accurate financial information.
-Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
Review reports, analyze financial risks, financial and accounting problems to recommend effective solutions.
-Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
-Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
-Prepare operational and risk reports for anagement analysis.
-Implement financial plans.
