Schedule and complete "Preventive Maintenance"
Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled
Maintain efficient function of equipment in Kitchen, restaurants etc
Periodic servicing of air conditioners in production areas as well as at headquarters office, central kitchen, staff accommodation and restaurants
Perform a wide variety of building maintenance repairs and services
Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair and consistent manner
Prepare maintenance report when needed
Submit invoices to the accounting department on time
Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operation
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company and government guidelines
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
Perform all electrical, plumbing and works in production
All other duties assigned by the General Manager
