Arnon Company located in Dammam 2nd Industrial City is looking for Saudi Female HR Administrator with below responsibilities & skill qualifications :
Responsibilities:-
1. Develop effective relationships with staff and management to promote good employee relations across the organizations.
2. Act as the point of contact to all employees’ information correspondences in terms of announcements, recognitions, achievements, awarding preferences, awareness, programs and events.
3. Review all requests for all employees to determine compliance with policies and process all forms and letters, HR Payroll ( Salaries, vacations, EOS, loan, encashment)
4. Administer and investigate issues related to employees to grievances, complains, conduct discipline.
5. Conduct exit interview for the resigned employees and recommend actions.
6. Prepare various statistics report on HR information (employee satisfaction, exit interview, surveys)
7. Basic advice on Policies and Procedures to staff and managers of their rights and obligations.
8. Ensure that ARNON’s staff and management are well-informed of company policies, systems and procedures this include implementation of Saudi law labor as well.
9. Administer and maintain up to do employee records associated with filing and HRIS.
10. Take responsibility for specific HRIS-ERP related projects
11. Administration of payroll and responsible to update all communicated periodic adjustments/changes/amendments to the payroll which holds financial effect on the employee’s payments such as, absences, leaves, benefits, commissions, bonuses, promotions, penalties, etc.
