Our client, a leading company within the Cosmetics industry is seeking a Finance Manager. to direct and coordinate all operational and financial activities in the company, including budgets, accounts, cash, credit management, A&M, Inventory and payroll. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for :
• Leading and aligning the AOP Process
• Ensuring year on year growth in AOP both in terms of volume and profitability
• Providing planning, analytical and strategic support to Business & Operations
• Ensuring that all accounting systems, programs, processes comply with international accounting standards
• Ensuring month-end closing process is as per company policies and procedures
• Tracking the business plan process on a monthly basis
• Highlighting deviations in business plan and ensuring action plans set
• Ensuring strict compliance with audit plan within timeframe
• Reviewing collection and ageing reports to determine status of collections and the amount of outstanding balances
• Recommending mid and long term solutions for credit management
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with individual and business customers
• Managing Inventory Process, A&M, FA, and cash
• Analsysing financial information and preparing reports to determine all financial activities
• Assessing the finance department staffing and skills requirements in line with HR capability
• Developing strategic plans to address short, mid and long term staffing needs
• Managing the performance of the teams, guiding, coaching and developing staff
