- Opening LCs and processing all related documentation.
-Prepare all commercial correspondences with different foreign & local manufacturers and suppliers .
- Review all proposals and offers vs Pos.
- prepare PRs & Pos .
- Follow up with suppliers their offers and proposals, negotiating them for getting the required specifications with better prices.
- Follow up shipments and clearance of goods with all shipping and custom agents. As per arrival schedules.
 
Prepare and fill all supporting documents for :
- Shipping and custom clearance.
- Marine insurance.
- Bank Guarantees.
- prepare and obtain a database for all suppliers.
- Report and follow up with suppliers the goods manufacturing, preparation, exporting and shipment as per importing log.
- Make analyses reports of all suppliers’ specifications and prices .
- Follow up any changes in custom and export rules in the concerned countries .
