The Operation Development Manager will be responsible for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) & Total Quality Management (TQM) activities at corporate level, understanding and documenting the current business process and creating new improvements in the business process through re-engineering methodologies in order to overall AIC processes modernized, more cost efficient and better quality with less time cycle. He will also be overall in-charge of the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
1. Document As-Is business processes and their relation and interactions with other processes using value stream mapping.
2. Assess the AS-IS processes to cover where is the deficiency points based on the best practices and related standards/ frameworks and then define and analyze all Gaps. then set plan for develop TO-BE processes.
3. Set plan to develop TO-BE processes based on the approved Gaps-Analysis exercise and consider their prioritization and categorization.
4. Deliver adequate documentation and arte-facts in line with industry best practices on process change and re-engineering. These include and not limited to process flowcharts, value chain maps, hand-off diagrams, etc.
5. Identify the process gaps and administer quality checks.

7. Introduce the Lean Six Sigma methodology to enhance the critical processes by reducing the time and cost.
8. Evaluate the current mega cycle processes in terms of current base time and set targets to reduce their times.
9. Define the needs to automate business processes and help IT in providing the required business requirements, integration with current ERP, and participate in signing off the business process automation process.
10. Define all touch points with clients and enhance the level of communication and commitment.
11. Lead projects that is related to customer loyalty and retention to enhance customer services activities.
12. Conduct evaluation and re-engineering of current operations and processes through re-engineering methodologies (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma, process analytics).
13. Lead and manage the targeted changes successfully, on time and within budget.
14. Streamline and re-engineer end-to-end processes.
15. Design the operational KPIs for the new and existing process to control and manage the processes’ efficiencies and effectiveness.
16. Provide cost effective solutions to increase the efficiency of the organization's operations and processes through changes in policies, procedures, organization structure and the application of enabling technology.
17. Ensuring that an effective system of process change controls are introduced, maintained and continually enhanced. Create activity models and process models for the existing process.
18. Effectively communicate among multiple stakeholders, subject-matter experts, end-users, developers and system implementers.
19. Provide active leadership in problem solving efforts on outstanding issues.
20. Deliver business applications and Initiate training programs/documents for educating users about the transition and finally implement the process / system changes
