Major Responsibilities
• Accompanies Relations Representatives/Specialists on assignment to assist in handling and follow-up on motor vehicle accidents, medical reports, court hearings, police investigations, etc.
• Prepares urgent University correspondence to local Saudi Arabian Government agencies and to University departments pertaining to matters such as motor vehicle accidents, complaints and investigations. Interprets to expatriate employees Government correspondence and regulation where immediate action is required.
• Cooperates with concerned organizations in the investigation of motor vehicle accidents for the purpose of ensuring that files contain all materials that might be of assistance in making representation to the Police, Amirate and Court authorities.
• Maintains close and smooth contacts with University supervisors and other operation personnel at the incumbent& designated areas to facilitate University's operation.
• Researches files and compiles information on non-routine issues to assist Relations Representatives/Specialists in preparing responses to various Government agencies.
• Handles routine operational issues related to Government Relations
• Handles more progressive and difficult job assignments at the discretion of the Relations Representatives.
Other Responsibilities
Internal:
Regularly in contact with unit and segment heads of University organizations and other University departments depends on operational requirement as deemed necessary.
External:
Government officials in various posts, i.e., Traffic, Police, Courts, Registrars, Health Affairs personnel and others in the same caliber at the Government Sector.
