Our client is a new Café concept to be created in KSA - First location in Jeddah - 400 m2 - serving clients Deserts and coffee (self service) and to be duplicated into 10 branches in different areas in KSA - They are keen to offer tasty bakeries and patisseries in addition to oriental taste coffee amongst others.
Reporting to CEO:
- Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Other tasks related to Operations in the F&B to be discussed during Interview with selected candidates.
