Job Overview
To market and sell the company's products within the sales sectors assigned to him by the Division Manager, while exerting real efforts to increase sales, profit margins and number of clients, in addition to enhancing the image and reputation of the company, and building solid relationships with clients in order to achieve his individual sales and profit targets, and contribute to the growth and achievement of the overall targets and goals of the company.
• Identifies potential customers and business opportunities in the sale zone assigned to him by the Division Manager, and develop a business development plan to reach them
• Exerts all possible efforts to achieve his individual sales and profit targets and contribute to the achievement of his Division targets & the organization's targets .
• Maintains contact with clients in the area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and enhance company's image and reputation, while striving to always sell at the highest possible profit margins.
• Keep up to date with products and competitors and collect customers' feedback and market research and propose new products or business ideas to the management, justified by market study, potential sales volume, profit margins, ..etc.
• Prepares a daily record for all contacts with clients showing all clients' details such as company's name, line of business, contacting person names, address, contact numbers...etc, and ensure to treat the complete data in strict confidentiality and not to disclose it to any party other than the sales manager and authorized management personnel.
• Protects the rights of the company by effecting credit sales to only well known clients of good reputation and smooth repayment record. Alternatively, against acceptable collateral or payable bank cheques
• Follows up and accelerates the collection of Accounts Receivables on Daily basis in coordination with the Accounts Department .
• Coordinates with stores' management and staff to schedule timely delivery of goods and ensure prime service quality to all clients
• Adheres to the internal policies, procedures and business ethic codes of the establishment, and ensures to follow a written communication process for all requests such as quotation offers, delivery notes, purchase requisitions etc
• Preserve the secrets of the company and not to disclose any information about the items, prices, specifications, method and style of work to any other entity, subject to liability and legal claim for compensation of damages and losses.
