Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing, motivating and monitoring the sales team
- Hire, train and develop the sales team by setting objectives, coaching and mentoring.
- Build and promote strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and solution based selling
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present to management.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly budget for the sales department and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses
- Keep abreast of market trends while being fully aware of new products and competitors
