WHAT:
The jobs in this level are responsible for involvement in the day-to-day activities of the department to ensure proper accomplishment of HR activities as per set policies and procedures.
HOW:
Learning and Development
•Follow-up to ensure that all Zain employees have individual development plans and monitor implementation
•Develop the annual training plan of Zain in line with training needs and organizational requirements
•Develop and maintain the training catalogue to keep track of training needs
•Develop talent mobility secondments
•Manage COOP, summer students and other interns for development purposes
•Manage graduate recruitment programmes to develop graduates
•Research and analyze potential suppliers for technical and non-technical training programs/courses
facilitate the implementation of succession planning and career paths
