hire the following Position:
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets within his responsibility, including: Sales, Staff, Stock and Resources Management. Working at shop floor level, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff. Ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as ensuring that the outlet is adding value to the Group.
· To support recruiting, training,
supervising and appraising staff
· Managing budgets, Maintaining
statistical and financial records
· Sales Planning
· Promoting and marketing the business
· Dealing with customer queries and
complaints
· Overseeing pricing and stock control
· Maximizing profitability and meeting
sales targets
· Ensuring compliance with health and
safety legislation
