As a Procurement Manager you will be responsible for purchasing food and beverages products, services and capital acquisitions. You'll plan and forecast procurement needs, establishing and maintaining related budget and expenses, liaising with vendors and negotiating purchases.
You will implement and adhere to agreed centralised procurement policies and procedures to effectively and efficiently procure goods, facility management and services for internal customers.
About You
The Procurement Manager will ideally be educated to a degree level in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business Administration with at least 5 years of F&B buying experience in a strong volume retail environment.
As a successful Procurement Manager you should preferably have CPP certification, knowledge of procurement methods and procedures, experience in facilities management, user experience in SAP MM module and proficiency in MS Office.
