The Role:
Job Responsibilities:
Experience configuring and deploying network switches, routers and appliances including
Adding VLANs and routing protocols. Strong understanding and experience in
troubleshooting and use of tools as protocol analysers along with developing bandwidth
utilization reports. Experience supporting infrastructure to met network requirements by Monitoring performance and availability and tuning network infrastructure to met SLAs
for LAN, CAN & WAN. Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external
networks.
Coordinate and execute VSAT installation and configuration tasks.
Deploy and troubleshot al types of equipment at customers’ site.
Design and implement communications architecture for al types of customers.
Monitor al backbone links and network devices as deployed by Engineering Dept.
Ensure continuous operation of servers and other network elements.
Provide quality support for customers and respond to customer enquires/complaints.
Open tickets to track and to document resolution of problems for VSAT networks.
