- Maintain an awareness of emerging threats and the evolving threat landscape.
- Maintain the necessary skills to protect the bank from current and emerging threats.
- Understand and manage the human factor in security.
- Establish the necessary relationships and controls to manage human threats to Information Security.
- Provide a customer service interface to our colleagues from all area of the business.
- Provide security subject matter expertise to all areas of the business.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Control frameworks including CIS 20 Critical Controls, PCI DSS, ISO and COBIT.
- Implement and manage technical security controls including, but not limited to, SIEM(splunk), End Point Protection, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, Mobile, Network, Application and Data Security.
- Perform periodic security reviews of networks, Infrastructure and applications.
- Maintain Identity and Access controls for all infrastructure and Applications as per the Bank’s information security policy/s.
- Prepare required change management documentation of all critical information, process ownership / authority rights, and decision-making matrix.
- Prepare and manage documentation of Information Security policies, procedures and security controls.
- Participate in the incident response process and forensic investigations.
- Generate reports highlighting potential security violations, unauthorized use, fraud, performance gaps, etc.
- VAPT, Firewall review, Network access control, MSB reviews, understanding of 3rd party ratings/scoring and managing them,
- Expertise in managing Splunk(SIEM)
- Tenable Security Centre, FireMon, Forcepoint Websense proxy, Wazuh OSSEC FIM, McAfee AV, McAfee DLP, McAfee Drive Encryption, FireEye ETP, HX, NX, CMS, Helix, Enterprise Recon, TPAM, VASCO/One identity.
