ESOM offers a wide range of services to its clients. These services include, but are not
limited to: the O&M of district cooling plants, boiler plants, pump houses, generator
plants, sewage treatment plants, and reverse osmoses plants as well as landscaping,
security, waste management, soft services and total FM.
Position Responsibilities:
- To work alongside the management team in a manner consistent with the Company’s mission, aims, beliefs and strategic FM best practice.
- Responsible for the delivery of the Project’s specified Soft Services activities.
- Accountable for financial performance in areas of given responsibility.
- To build relationships and be a key interface with the project customers.
- Supervises and evaluates performance of the Facilities Management Soft Services contract.
- Responsible for the development of initiatives to improve or rationalize soft services
to achieve optimum performance and full customer engagement. - To carry out regular quality audits in hygiene, soft services and waste management
service. Document with follow up actions and target dates. Forward results to the
Project Director. - To ensure that all employee costs, wages and small expenses are within the budgeted levels agreed with the Project Director.
- To ensure the welfare and maintenance of staff
- To audit staff performance and identify and authorise training and coaching as necessary.
- To submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
- To submit reports to the Project Director as directed or to other senior team managers as and when required.
- Attend regular meetings with Project Management as required
- Attend meetings with the client(s) as and when required.
- Attend relevant training courses as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Work co-operatively with customers/stakeholders, maintaining regular, consistent and clear communications to produce innovative solutions.
- Utilise the principles of project management methodology to ensure operations- related projects are managed effectively.
- Treat all contractors equitably and ethically.
- Develop a culture of best practice and exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate ability to produce project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Keep abreast of latest changes and developments in all aspects of soft FM and applies knowledge to ensure a continuing cost-effective service.
