To provide the facility with a landscape that is an attractive, clean and natural
environment in which to learn, and ensure that full educational use of all facilities are
available at all times

• Establish landscape, gardens and ground maintenance service strategies.


• Develop and establish effective landscape, gardens and ground maintenance solutions inclusive of techniques and processes.


• Implement an effective management system.


• Implement a formal quality management system.


• Set formal and measurable performance targets and reporting strategies in conjunction with a ServiceLevel Agreement.


• Identify and manage corrective and enhancement actions.


• Employ sound environmental and ecological practices.


• Improve the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding environment to complement existing
  architecture, andensure longevity of the grounds.


• To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal landscaping monthly plan.


• To mentor and train his staff.


• To approve pesticide and fertilizer application.


• To attend managerial group meetings representing the department.


• To manage subcontractors and ensure that their deliverables are in line with scope of work.


• To evaluate his staff’s competence.


• Responsible for the manpower, materials and equipment used in the project and delivered by the
  subcontractor.


• To submit daily and monthly report.


• To follow ESOM operations and maintenance manual guidelines.


• Coordinate with hardscape and fountains group to make the landscaping complete.


• Coordinate with the mechanical group to know the mainline, STP and pump stations operations
  for irrigation data purposes
