Employee Policy and Compensation Analyst – Oil Support Services
To provide analysis, data gathering and processing around the Company’s compensation systems in order to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
To assist in compiling and reviewing HR policies ensuring compliance with Saudi and Kuwaiti labor laws.
Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for the Employee Policy and Compensation Division to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Participates in the review of salary survey results in order to help determine whether any adjustments to the salary scales need to be made . Supports departmental initiatives to undertake ad-hoc benchmarking exercises with peer companies as required to obtain salary data required for certain positions.
