We are seeking an experienced Executive Director for our automotive spare parts division in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, specifically in spare parts management and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers alike. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our overall business objectives while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operations of the automotive spare parts division, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a robust supply chain.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce operational costs.
- Drive the development of marketing strategies to promote our spare parts offerings and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards related to automotive spare parts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive leadership team on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics in the automotive sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
