We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manpower Contract Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower supply contracts, handling client requirements, following up on workforce deployment, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, client handling ability, and close follow-up to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower requests received from clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Liaise with internal departments such as recruitment, operations, HR, and administration to fulfill client manpower requirements.
- Monitor workforce deployment, mobilization, replacements, and attendance in line with client needs and contract terms.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower requests, deployment status, employee documentation, and client updates.
- Ensure all deployed manpower meet client requirements and company compliance standards.
- Follow up on employee documents, onboarding requirements, site access, and mobilization readiness.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and replacement requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor contract deliverables, service timelines, and workforce availability to support client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams regarding manpower records, invoicing support, and reconciliation when needed.
- Prepare periodic reports on manpower status, pending requests, replacements, client issues, and contract performance.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and support account continuity through responsive coordination.
- Escalate urgent manpower shortages, service issues, or contract-related concerns when necessary.
