The Company
We are conducting a search on behalf of our client who are one of the most influential Groups in the Energy and Utilities Sector, globally. Given the growing scale of their operation, they are seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support the Head of Workforce Planning in achieving the organization\'s talent acquisition and talent management objectives.
The Role
The Workforce Planning Specialist will report to the Head of Workforce Planning. He/she will be instrumental in:
- Generating high quality reports, and other management material such as industry employment trends, pipelines, etc.
- Carrying out analyses that will aid in drawing up workforce plans.
- Reviewing workforce plans.
- Assisting with the creation of processes and procedures for manpower planning.
- Spotting high potential employees through specially created performance reports.
