Job Summary:
Helping investors identify real estate investment opportunities within the UK property market, and work alongside them to form a trusted long-term partnership based on performance and trust.
Based in Riyadh though will be required to travel regularly within the GCC, and on some occasions further afield.
Duties and Responsibilities
•To introduce new and existing products
•The execution of marketing activities as outlined in the marketing plan
•Participation in marketing activities e.g. exhibitions, VIP client events, and any other activity outlined in marketing plan
•To generate sales from own client database. This may include travelling to branches around the GCC to meet with clients
•To cross sell new products to existing clients as well as maintaining the relationship of existing clients
•To communicate with staff in other branches regarding the referral of clients
•Responding to enquiries from GRE Website
•Follow up with client payments
•Arranging of client contracts
•Building and maintaining a relationship with clients
